The two addresses, in plain words
One is the address inside your link. It is public, and it exists so people can pay you without knowing anything else about you. Every payment to it becomes a new address, which is what keeps payments unconnected.
The other is your own wallet, the one you connect in the app. That is where money goes when you claim it, and it is where your balance lives once it has moved.
