On chain

The announcement program

One small program records that a payment happened. It never holds or moves funds. There is nothing for anyone to freeze.

What it does

For each payment it writes one announcement, holding a one-time public key and the address the money went to. That is the whole job. Your watch key is what turns an announcement into something only you can read, and your spend key is what moves the money afterwards. Neither key is ever sent on chain.
