1. What you are agreeing to
By using this application, the link resolver, or the on-chain program together the "Service", you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
The Service is a non-custodial tool for receiving payments privately on Solana. It does not hold, control or transmit your funds, and it never has access to your private keys, your PIN, or your seed phrase. Every transaction is signed by your own wallet.
The Service is offered by PROJECT ENTITY and is currently a development build running on a public network. Use it at your own risk.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your wallet, your PIN and any backup of them. Losing either half of your derived keys may make payments to a link unrecoverable.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax and any reporting obligations.
- You will not use the Service to break the law, to launder money, to fund sanctions, or to harm others.
4. Fees
The Service charges 1% of each payment, taken in the same asset as the payment and enforced by the on-chain program. It cannot be waived or redirected. You also pay Solana network fees, and the prices you see come from the network and any token you choose to send. Some assets, such as USDC or any token tied to a project, are issued by others and carry their own risks.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. It may contain bugs, and it may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PROJECT ENTITY is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of funds, keys, data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Public data
Solana is a public ledger. Transactions you make through the Service are public and permanent, and cannot be deleted or amended, including by us.
8. Proprietary rights
The source code is released under the licence in its repository. The name, marks and any hosted deployment belong to PROJECT ENTITY.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of JURISDICTION, and disputes are subject to the courts of VENUE.
