There is no support desk and no promised reply time. There is an address to write to, and a short list of what makes a report useful.
CONTACT EMAIL is not set up yet. That is the same placeholder that appears in the terms and the privacy policy, and it needs an address before any of those pages are real.
Reporting a problem
- The handle, or the link you used.
- The transaction signature, if money was involved. Everything on chain is public. This is safe to share and it is the quickest way to see what happened.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- Roughly when it happened, with your time zone.

The docs explain how a payment travels and what stays private. The questions at the bottom of the home page cover the things people ask most, including what happens if a link fails its signature check.
